The UV-O range, specifically designed for smaller commercial kitchens, leverages UV-C technology to produce ozone and hydroxyl free radicals, effectively oxidising cooking odours through ozonolysis.
Unlike typical UV-C systems located within the kitchen extract duct, our UV-O units are externally positioned and connected through a spigot and small diameter ducting. This design choice acknowledges the common challenge of performance reduction in in-line UV-C systems due to lamp contamination, offering a unique and efficient solution for odour control.

This unit’s tried and tested UV-O technology ensures high levels of odour reduction prior to discharge which makes siting commercial kitchens in residential areas more viable. How it works
The recirculation system in this commercial kitchen operates by drawing in air and processing it through up to eight filtration stages, based on the filtration tower's size. The cleaned air is then released back into the kitchen through different grille options at the canopy's front. Additionally, the filtration tower can be placed remotely, making it a versatile option for kitchens with limited space around the cooking area.
