COMMERCIAL KITCHEN FILTRATION
At Purified Air, we supply a range of passive filtration that can be used in conjunction with our electrostatic precipitators and powered units or as standalone filters depending on the situation.
Pleated Panels
Our advanced pleated panel filters, crafted with durable Aqua-Kote card frames, offer exceptional resistance to tearing, puncturing, and corner crushing. Featuring Kimberley Clark's innovative, electrostatically treated, and hydrophobic Intrepid filter media, these filters boast excellent bi-directional strength and superior dirt holding capacity. Designed to remove up to 95% of particles down to micron level in optimal conditions, they are versatile for standalone use or as a pre-filter to bag filters, especially effective in filtering oil and grease particles.
Bag Filters
Our general purpose bag filters are crafted with a galvanised steel header and are 100% thermally bonded for durability. The pleated polyester filter media, flame retardant to CP413 (BS5588) standards, efficiently serves as a pre-filter for carbon cells in malodour extraction systems. These filters excel at removing oil and grease particles before the carbon filter stage, efficiently eliminating up to 95% of particles down to 5 microns under optimal conditions. This makes them highly effective for a range of filtration needs.
HEPA
Our HEPA filters, designed to meet a wide range of needs, are engineered to achieve High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) standards. To earn the HEPA classification, a filter must remove at least 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns. This exceptional level of filtration ensures the effective removal of smoke particles, making our HEPA filters an essential component for maintaining clean, healthy air environments.
Carbon
Our site safe carbon filters, measuring 594x196x597mm and combining to form a larger unit of 594x594x597mm, are a revolutionary replacement for our original carbon blocks. Weighing just 18kg each, compared to the 68kg of the older models, they significantly ease the installation and maintenance process, enabling a single engineer to manage tasks that previously required two. Primarily designed to absorb malodours, these carbon filters are also capable of removing up to 95% of particles down to micron level under optimal conditions, complementing our ESP range and panel and bag filters in ensuring clean, odour-free air.
