It's important to note that our recirculation system is specifically designed for commercial kitchens that use only electric cooking equipment. Additionally, it's advisable to equip the kitchen space with air conditioning and adequate ventilation to maintain comfortable temperature levels.

How it works
The recirculation system in this commercial kitchen operates by drawing in air and processing it through up to eight filtration stages, based on the filtration tower's size. The cleaned air is then released back into the kitchen through different grille options at the canopy's front. Additionally, the filtration tower can be placed remotely, making it a versatile option for kitchens with limited space around the cooking area.
