Our UV-C technology harnesses the combined power of ozone and ultraviolet light. Positioned directly in the kitchen extract duct's airflow, the units can be equipped with 8 to 24 high-output UV-C lamps, arranged in modules of 8.

The quantity of modules is tailored to match the specific cooking processes and airflow volume, optimising the required ozone levels. Enhanced with a photo-catalytic liner, these units amplify the production of hydroxyl free radicals under UV light. The synergy of ozone and hydroxyl radicals, both potent oxidants, effectively oxidises and permanently alters the molecular structure of odours and grease.
